Great staff, always friendly and smiling. Even if you're just buying $3 worth of crickets. Its nice to be treated so well. And they have a great variety of pets and supplies for everything you could need.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for they will order it for you. They are knowledgeable in a lot of areas - food, care, small animals and more. May not be as big as a chain store but better in many ways.
