Your average Planet fitness, slightly on the smaller size. Nice staff and clean equipment.
Good location with knowledgeable and polite crew . Bella was of great help in choosing the right option and making the signing process a breeze .Clean , new equipment and the hydro-Massage will definitely make me come back to this location .
The gym itself is ok, it works as an in between gym that you can stop in for a quick workout (as long as it not during the busy times) The facility was fine, but my problem is with the Planet Fitness brand and business model. While their hopes is to have people sign up for a membership and never use them, they also make it difficult to cancel. I have called multiple times to cancel my membership I am met with resistance each time telling me that I need to physically come in to cancel. This is terribly inconvenient as I have moved out of the area. Just another way that a sub par gym tries to keep the lights on.
